Shipping terms

The shipping service providers UPS and DHL automatically create a tracking number for each shipment for tracking purposes. This will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order.

We take into account various factors such as the chosen shipping method (e.g. express, air freight, etc.), the surcharges of carriers and the place of delivery (e.g. international shipping) to calculate the shipping costs. Therefore it is difficult for us to show the actual shipping costs in advance. For this reason, our logistics department determines the most favourable shipping prices for your enquiry/order, which we communicate to you in writing with our offer.

For many years we have been working with UPS as standard. If you wish to ship with another company, we will be happy to take this into account. Just tell us the preferred carrier in your inquiry/order and we will take care of the rest.

Unfortunately we cannot serve private persons - also on request - because our offer as wholesalers is directed exclusively at companies, tradesmen, freelancers, registered organisations and government institutions.
